To Contact The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors, who are elected by the owners at the Annual General Meeting is the governing body of the corporation. The Board meets once per month to deal with high level strategic issues affecting the corporation among which are by-law issues, rules, financials including overseeing the budget and reserve fund, hiring of staff and management, contracts and future planning.
The Board cannot affect on a daily basis operational issues such as parking , window cleaning, heat and air, rules infractions and the like. All such issues are managed by the property management company that is employed by the Board. However, the board is keenly aware of these issues and their resolutions.
Nevertheless, the Board only meets once per month and cannot take action affecting the residents or the project outside of a duly-called Board of Directors meeting. As a result, you will not receive an immediate response or resolution to your communication. Board meetings are usually scheduled once a month at which time your communication will be discussed. Consequently, your response wait time could be a few days to a few weeks.
To help streamline the communication process, please use the following process to contact the Board:

3. If your correspondence is only to be opened by a member of the Board, please write "Private and Confidential" on the front of the envelope.
Board of Director Meetings:
Board meetings take place in the 5th floor boardroom at 6:00 PM. Meetings are often the last Tuesday of each month; check event schedule for exact dates.
Residents can attend any Board meeting as an observer, and must register their attendance to Property Management by the Thursday before the meeting. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to attend. Also note that due to residents’ right to privacy, guests may be asked to leave if a particularly sensitive resident issue is about to be addressed.
